Production & Store Supervisor
Location: PIM Recycling, Riche Terre
Are you an organized, hands-on leader with a passion for production, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Production & Store Supervisor to oversee our grinding operations and store while ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
- Lead and motivate the production and store teams to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor inventory, storage, and material movements accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and support continuous process improvements.
- Prepare production reports and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
What we're looking for
- A Diploma or Certificate in Production Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or recycling environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and occupational health and safety (OSH).
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
- A valid forklift/reach truck licence would be an advantage.
- Safety-conscious with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
