Production Clerk (Ref PCMay22)

  • HSC or equivalent with Mathematics and/ or Accounting at A Level.
  • 3 years proven experience in a Manufacturing or Textile environment.
Applicant profile:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Computer proficient and at ease with MS Office.
  • Systematic with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Main Duties:
  • Collect data from the Section Supervisors on an hourly basis.
  • Update production boards.
  • Update production reports or any other reports relative to production.
  • Ensure coordination of raw materials between Production sections.
  • Ensure proper data is uploaded on applicable IT systems.
  • Liaise with the Quality Controllers, Compliance Officer, Technical & Production Manager and Sales Manager as required for planning & production purposes.
  • Carry out Clerical / administrative duties linked to the Production Department
  • Assisting in other Departments as and when required.

Industrial Electrician (Ref IEMay22)


HSC or equivalent & NTC3 in Electrical Electronics plus a minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably in a manufacturing, machinery, plastic processing machinery-based environment.
Sound experience in maintenance and problem solving and working knowledge of power control.

Main Duties:
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment. Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes. Make decisions based on technical documents.
  • Maintain logs, materials, and equipment used. Respond quickly to emergency situations, must be available 24 / 7 in case of electrical issues / plan and machinery break down.
  • Troubleshoot injection / Blow moulding machines, hot oil / water units, thermolators, dryers, mixers, material grinders, overhead cranes, hydraulic systems, electrical controls, lightings reamers, Cranfield production machineries, drill press, bag sealer, pedestal grinders, quality control lab testing equipment, and electrical power supply on the facility.
  • Inspect, diagnose, maintain, install and repair as necessary electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, piping, feeders, cable assemblies, light fixtures, and other electrical components where possible.
  • Test, troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems, electronic equipment, electronic components, and electrical and electronic devices.
  • Refurbish PLC cards, continuity check on heater bands, solid state relay, motors and electrical components as described on preventive maintenance inspection checklist.
  • Train and learn on machine maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, servo drives, PLC and electrical systems.
  • Maintain machinery and processes competently, safely and in the most efficient way.
  • Find and fix root cause of injection / Blow moulding machine issues when machines stop working. Replace and clean water, oil, and air filters where required. Change lubricating oils, maintain lubricating oil levels, grease equipment, clean and inspect for leaks or damage, replace factory lights, general maintenance, welding, painting, and other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain, repair, and test switches, switchboard meters, regulators, electrical motors, generators, industrial storage batteries, and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
  • Weekly check of RCDs .
  • Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand tools, power tools and welding equipment.
  • Improve efficiency in providing preventive maintenance of injection / Blow moulding machines and other equipment and contribute to plant cost reduction effort and reduce downtime.


Hydraulic Mechanic (Ref HMMay22)


SC or equivalent & NC/ NTC in a related field. 5 years proven experience in Hydraulics in a manufacturing environment.

Main duties:
  • Inspect hydraulic lines and components to detect leaks, damage and wear.
  • Replace worn or damaged hydraulic components and install new hydraulic components on machinery and equipment.
  • Perform emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment as well as installation of new production machinery.
  • Perform preventative maintenance at defined intervals/schedule in a timely manner and document maintenance record sheets.
  • Recognize and correct potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Performs welding work (both stick and gas) in various locations including pipe and structural on various metals for new and existing equipment.
  • Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area.
  • Provide coverage in the absence of other maintenance personnel.


Head - Quality (Ref HQMay22)

  • HSC & Diploma in Quality Management systems.
  • Sound knowledge of QMS, EMS and Food Safety Standards
Applicant profile:
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a Quality Control/ Quality Assurance/ process related environment, preferably in a Manufacturing/ Production environment.
  • Previous management system auditing experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Computer proficient and at ease with MS Office.
  • Good Communication and listening skills.
  • Meticulous with a high attention to details.
  • Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Main Duties:
  • Establish and implement management systems, standards and ensure continuous improvement of same.
  • Translate quality systems into operational parameters and ensure compliance to same.
  • Monitor performance of products from design to production.
  • Responsible for Quality Control/ Quality Assurance across product lines.
  • Lead the Quality Team in trouble shooting problems.
  • Responsible for Quality Control/ Quality Assurance across product lines.
  • Participate in the development of product specifications.
  • Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and determine sampling procedures to be used at these points.
  • Prepare reports regarding nonconforming products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses.
  • Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and come up with solutions
  • Ensuring compliance to regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
  • Keeping accurate document and perform statistical analysis.
  • Attend meetings and submit reports.
  • Perform internal audits


  • A registered engineer with a BEng in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in an Electrical / Mechanical engineer position
  • Preference will be given to candidates with sound experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably Plastic manufacturing

Main Duties:
  • Implementation of electrical norms and surveyor recommendations.
  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all Factory equipment as per planning schedule.
  • Perform repairs as and when necessary on factory equipment, motors, machineries, pneumatics and hydraulics and office and premises.
  • Maintain adequate stock of spare parts as required.
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipments and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
  • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes, and to ensure conformity to building and safety.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance of assets and premises, as far as possible through the internal maintenance team and in the event expertise not available in house, recommend appropriate external support.
