Lorry Driver

Main Duties:

  • Valid Driving License
  • Maintains the vehicle clean and in good running condition.
  • Drives a vehicle proficiently.
  • Carries out simple maintenance task such as, topping up batterie, checking of water and oil, verifying of light brakes and wheel pressure.
  • Washes of vehicle completely on a regular basis.
  • Report immediately any defect, damage, breakdown, accident or loss of the vehicle to the Human Resources Department.
  • Ensures that servicing is being performed according to mileage used.
  • Helps to load and unload goods or materials in/from vehicle.
  • Maintains records of journey times, mileage and hours worked in book provided to you.
  • Be responsible for the helper/s provided and reports any misbehaviour.
  • Performs duties according to instruction given by the Sales Department and to report back tasks completed.


Storekeeper  

Main Duties:

  • Receipt of production finished goods in store and follow up procedures.
  • To ensure that goods received note (GRN) are raised for all receipt of stock of finished goods from supplier in store and sent to the Administrative Assistant or the Accounts Department, as applicable.
  • Responsible for the stock of stationery, consumables, carton and plastics and closely monitor their record level.
  • To raise internal request sheet and reorder level for items requested, to raise purchase order and seek for approval from MD.
  • Transfer of product to showroom.
  • To attend to walk-in customers and ensure that they are being delivered in time and assisted as required.
  • To carry out stock take in finished goods store and revert back to stock controller for adjustment if necessary.
  • To assume responsibility for the spare parts store and stock card.
  • To ensure the store and yard is clean and tidy and there is proper house keeping at all lines.
